when the valve is generally shut and there is vacuum in the tank, the vacuum piston inside of the valve opens
immediately and draws air into the tank. In return, this keeps the strain inside of and outside the tank well balanced.
From the Pressure aspect, when the valve is normally shut and the tank stress exceeds the rated force
on the outdoors of the valve, the valve instantly opens and vents air to atmosphere.
